It’s called gynandromorphism, and it’s really neat! It actually causes the organism to develop half (or part) of its body as one sex, and the other half as the other.
It mostly appears in insects and other arthropods, but it can happen in some birds, too!

More specifically this is bilateral gynandromorphism. Another form is mosaic were you have splotches of dimorphic tissues anywhere on the body. Gynandromorphism usually occurs when a cell splits its sex chromosomes unevenly amongst it sisters. Obviously said error has to happen very early in the organism’s development for bilateral gynandromorphism to occur otherwise it’ll end up mosaic.
